New module
Sign construction documents with verifiable evidence
Upload contracts and proposals as PDF, invite signers via WhatsApp and close with a final document, evidence certificate and public verification code.
How it works
From the Obrity dashboard to the signed PDF, with traceability at every step.
Create the envelope and upload the PDF
Define up to 5 signers in order, place signature, text and date fields on the document.
Invite via WhatsApp
Each signer receives a personal, non-transferable link to access the signing portal.
Verify identity and sign
The signer confirms OTP, records consents and adopts their signature (auto, draw or upload).
Close with evidence
The final PDF is generated with embedded signatures, evidence certificate, SHA-256 hashes and a public verification code.

Frequently asked questions
How do signers receive the invitation?
Yes, via WhatsApp with a personal non-transferable link. Your company must have WhatsApp configured in Obrity. If delivery fails, you can resend the invitation from the dashboard.
How many signers can I include?
Up to 5 signers in sequential order. Each signs when it's their turn; parallel signing is not available in this version.
How is document integrity verified?
Yes. When the process completes, a public verification code is generated. Anyone can check status, hashes and integrity at /verify/:code without an account.
Who can manage signatures in Obrity?
Yes. Users with administrator or supervisor roles and signature permissions create envelopes, configure signers, send invitations and download original, final and evidence files.
Is this fully legally binding e-signature?
No — it is not qualified signature or third-party certification. Obrity records auditable technical evidence; legal validity depends on document type and regulations — consult your legal advisor.
