Prepare the envelope
Upload a PDF, pick one from the company or project library, or start from a template. Place signature, text and date fields. Set up to 20 signers, in order, in parallel or combined, plus people in copy.
Invite by WhatsApp or email
Each signer gets a personal link. You can resend the invitation and schedule reminders from the dashboard.
Verify identity and sign
They confirm a one-time code on the chosen channel, record consents and adopt a signature: typed name, drawing or image. They can also decline the document.
Close with evidence
The PDF keeps the signatures, a cryptographic seal and a time stamp. Obrity generates a completion certificate and a public verification code. When it closes, people are notified by email.

Frequently asked questions
How do signers receive the invitation?
Yes. By WhatsApp or email, with a personal link. The verification code uses the same channel. If it does not arrive, you can resend the invitation or turn on reminders from the dashboard.
How many signers can I include, and in what order?
Up to 20. They can sign one after another, several at once, or a mix of both. You can also add people in copy.
How is document integrity verified?
Yes. When it closes, the PDF carries a cryptographic seal and a time stamp, and a verification code is published. Anyone can check status and integrity without an account.
Who can manage signatures in Obrity?
Yes. Anyone with signature permission, in practice administrators and supervisors: they create envelopes and templates, set signers, send invitations and download the original, the signed file, the certificate and the history.
Is this a qualified e-signature?
No. It is not a qualified signature or third-party certification. Obrity seals the PDF and keeps auditable evidence; whether it is enough for a specific filing depends on the document and the rules. Check with your legal advisor.
