Welcome to Obrity. These terms of service govern your use of the Obrity website (the "Landing") and our B2B software platform for construction management (the "Dashboard" or "App").

By accessing our landing page at obrity.com or by registering and logging into the Obrity app dashboard (app.obrity.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of the Service

Obrity offers a B2B SaaS platform specifically designed for builders, remodelers, and consultancies. The service provides tools to manage construction projects, centralize your CRM, communicate with clients via WhatsApp, and record offline evidence on the field. The Landing provides information about these features, while the Dashboard is the interface where active clients manage their projects.

3. Accounts and Security

To use the Dashboard, you must have an active company account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Each client operates in their isolated tenant environment, and data between different companies is strictly separated and private.

4. Appropriate Use and Compliance

You agree to use our application only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the platform, including any AI agents or Google APIs integrated within it, to generate, promote, or distribute AI-generated Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (AI NCII), hate speech, or any other content that violates applicable laws or the terms of our service providers.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the Landing or the Dashboard following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
